anyway, i have now two choices for a band name: Fork or rocketscience. i need to finalize it by tomorrow or wednesday to formalize everything.

also, i think i should give our band maturity as together. kinda crossed my mind in auditioning at Ongaku Society this september. some guys say i'm doing the right thing, but i think i should ask the my bandmates themselves.

tonight is quite a happy night at Antarcs: ravenel, noin_claude, maikophoenix, ryokuzen, jactinglim, poweredbygravy, Hades and me are gonna stay overnight. heheh.

these are the certain things i need to do before August ends.



• a visit to Cargins for Sho Minamimoto's coat and boots (above)
• also, the new band's name
• line up for October 5 gig

i should really get my juices working nao. after all, time waits for no one.

pldt customer service, you really are one heck of a fuckin lovable service people.

i dunno who or what to blame. despite the fact that this is the first time i had a major inconvenience with my pldt mydsl, it really is giving me a major major headache.

few days back before typhoon Frank, my phone line was so crappy it is giving a very bad grounded sound on the receiver. i asked my mom to call for a serviceman. he arrived three days after the inquiry but i wasn't around.

upon arriving from work, my mom told me a good news that my phone problem is fixed, even my landline unit is new. so that night i tried connecting to the net.

apparently after the repairs, my net eventually wasn't working... until now.

it's already the sixth day since i called again for a serviceman to fix my net problem and nine days after the initial inquiry for everything. it is giving me a hassle. what worries me is that despite the inconveniences, they might still urge me to pay the whole monthly bill of my dsl.

i hope they revoke the bill of my few days in hell. >.>

my stormy weekend has its own share of adventures.

saturday night wasn't really that exciting. i mean c'mon, i wasn't able to attend the meeting for an event for October because of commitments plus the storm. i was able to meet up with ravenel and devione_angeli at Megamall. we even saw Lloyd there all alone since the usual saturday-at-Megamall guys are scattered all over the metropolis so we gave them company.

our plan was to go to noin_claude's place over the weekend. thankfully, we never got lost despite the hassle given by the rain.

ah yes, saturday night sure was fun -- abundant in stocks of food and groceries. apparently, i slept earlier than planned but woke up at 4am just to discover how bad the weather was. it was so bad that the wind entering the close window pane in mike's room is making such a whistling-like noise that i wasn't able to return to bed worrying that the wind might start a tornado or something. so i continued sleeping at the sala with some of the guys.

i realized sunday morning there was a blackout. despite that, we prepared lunch. then as lights went on, i figured out that the typhoon shifted towards Manila and Central Luzon. at that time i learned that it was signal number 3 in Zambales where ryokuzen and the Ongaku guys is having a summer escapade. being a worrywart i am, i tried contacting them. they replied 2 hours later saying that they're fine.

what a relief.

so after a few nappies and a couple of Macross marathons later, we, with ravenel and devione_angeli, decided to go home.

apparently, it wasn't easy.

we got stranded at SM North EDSA waiting for a bus for them Sucat-bound. 40 mins after, we managed to ride a FTI bus. dropped by Gate 5 to go foodtrip at Good Ah! we never expected it will be closed for the day. instead, we had a short coffee and talk about our planned TWEWY reapers-only cosplay.

we managed to be at home 2 hours after we left Quezon City.

i felt saddened about the ship disaster in Romblon. i hope for all the best of all the victims.

oh btw, i have no work later/Monday. thank God for long weekends. XD

right nao are cosplay frustrations, may tatlong characters lang naman na frustrated ako i-cosplay probably due to the fact na hindi ako papayag mag-stand alone cosplay dahil hindi naman sila main characters ng anime na to.
